All fees for services are clearly stated before confirmation. You agree to pay all applicable fees at the time of service. Payment must be made in Singapore Dollars (SGD) using accepted payment methods. Prices may vary depending on the nature, complexity, and urgency of the service.

The notarial services provided by Notary Point X are limited to the certification and witnessing of documents as required under Singapore law. We do not offer legal advice, nor should any part of our communication be construed as such. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the documents presented for notarisation are accurate, complete, and legally appropriate for their intended use.

We disclaim any liability for damages resulting from misuse of notarised documents, delays caused by third-party agencies (e.g., embassies, government departments), or rejection of documents by foreign authorities.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of notarial services, all completed notarisation services are non-refundable. Once a document has been notarised, we cannot reverse the action or provide a refund, regardless of the client’s change of plans or intended use.

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • A service was paid for but not delivered due to our cancellation

  • Duplicate payments made in error

  • Incorrect billing caused by our system or personnel

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@notarypointx.com within 7 business days of the original transaction. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. Your personal information is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws in Singapore. We do not sell or share your data with unauthorized third parties. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property
